NEWTON — A preliminary investigation by the Illinois State Police indicates that a yellow International truck tractor grain trailer combination, being driven by Michael Finley, 31, Newton, was traveling east on Illinois 33 approaching 640 east in Jasper County two vehicles in front of a black Chevrolet Malibu being driven by Allison Nash, 21, Vincennes, Indiana, on Oct. 6 at 4:28 p.m. when the two vehicles collided. more
