This is NOTICE of the filing of the Petition for Tax Deed on the following described property:
All oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that might be produced, located in the South Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, except 10 acres off the South end, and the South Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 4N, Range 12W, Lawrence County, Illinois, assessed to William A Sturman (now possibly owned by the William Augustyn Sturman Trust), and all proceeds attributed to same from the Crump-McCleave Unit (Tr#60A,60B,61A) Oil & Gas Lease (Royalty Interest = 0.0088646+/-), and including all impounded proceeds held by Countrymark Refining and Logistics, LLC, and its successors, if any, credited to the account of William A Sturman or the William Augustyn Sturman Trust, whether or not said funds were attributable to the oil produced prior to the tax sale, during the period of redemption, or subsequent to the period of redemption.
Subject to validly subsisting oil and gas leaseholds.

On October 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. the Petitioner intends to make application for an order on the petition that a Tax Deed be issued. The real estate was sold on January 4, 2018 for general taxes of the year 2016. The period of redemption will expire October 9, 2020.
