This is NOTICE of the filing of the Petition for Tax Deed on the following described property:
All oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that might be produced, located in the Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter and the North ¾ of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and ¾ of an acre in the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 4N, Range 12W, Lawrence County, Illinois, assessed to Herbert D Ross, and all proceeds attributed to same from the Isaac Boyd (Tr# 38) Oil & Gas Lease (Royalty Interest = 0.0029762+/-), and including all impounded proceeds held by Countrymark Refining and Logistics, LLC, and its successors, if any, credited to the account of Herbert D Ross, whether or not said funds were attributable to the oil produced prior to the tax sale, during the period of redemption, or subsequent to the period of redemption.
Subject to validly subsisting oil and gas leaseholds.

On October 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. the Petitioner intends to make application for an order on the petition that a Tax Deed be issued. The real estate was sold on January 4, 2018 for general taxes of the year 2016. The period of redemption will expire October 9, 2020.
