NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION-CLAIMS

Notice is given of the death of Freddie L. Hussey, who died on January 3, 2021. Letters of Office were issued on February 2, 2021, to Steven B. Hussey, or 432 Wisdom Street, Jackson, Tennessee 38301, as Executor with independent powers of administration, whose attorneys are Gosnell, Borden, Enloe, Sloss & McCullough, Ltd., 815 12th Street, Lawrenceville, Illinois 62439.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Lawrence County Courthouse, Lawrenceville, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 18, 2021, or three (3) months after the date of mail and/or delivery of this Notice to each creditor whose name and post office address is known or reasonably ascertainable by the Representative, whichever is later. Any claim not filed before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
