NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN TO UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS of the following described real estate that the above-entitled Mortgage Foreclosure action is now pending.

The undersigned certifies that the above entitled mortgage foreclosure account was filed on October 28, 2020, and is now pending.

(i) The names of all Plaintiffs and case number are identified above.

(ii) The Court in which said action is brought is identified above.

(iii) The name of the titleholder of record is: Loran Lee Atkins a/k/a Loran Atkins.

(iv) A legal description of the real estate sufficient to identify with reasonable certainty is as follows:

Lot 6 in J.S. Longan's Addition to the Village, now City, of Bridgeport, Illinois, as shown on the Plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 22, at page 582, in the Lawrence County Recorder's Office, Lawrence County, Illinois; EXCEPT any interest in the coal, oil, gas and other minerals underlying the land which have been heretofore conveyed or reserved in prior conveyances, and all rights and easements in favor of the estate o said coal, oil, gas and other minerals, if any.

(v) A common address for the description of the location of the real estate is: 434 E. Chestnut Street, Bridgeport, IL 62417.

(vi) An Identification of the Mortgage sought to be foreclosed is as follows:

Name of Mortgagor: Loran Lee Atkins, a/k/a Loran Atkins;

Name of Mortgagee: The Peoples State Bank;

Date of Mortgage: June 17, 2019;

Date of Recording Mortgage: June 27, 2019;

County where recorded: Lawrence County, Illinois.

Recording Document Identification: Document No. 201900106294; Book 1153, pages 78-90 inclusive;

(vii) The day on or after which a default may be entered against said Unknown Owners and NonRecord Claimants is Dec. 10, 2020.
